We plan programs around the health needs of Cherokee County, working with experienced grant writers and evaluators to secure the funding that keeps them running.
Advocacy
Our staff serve as community advocates for public health, speaking up for the needs of the people we serve.

We share what we know about local community networks and systems to help health efforts in our area succeed.

Who we are
An established partner in Cherokee County
Since 2000, CCHSC has built strong, collaborative relationships in Cherokee County, working alongside local and state-level partners and the resources they bring.
We consult with experienced grant writers and evaluators who have a proven record of securing funding that supports our mission.
Our staff are qualified, experienced people who serve as community advocates for public health. They bring a deep knowledge of local community networks and systems to our work.

Helps people in Cherokee and Delaware counties find treatment and recovery support for substance use, plus prevention and community training.

National service with CCHSC: AmeriCorps VISTA members serve one-year terms with nonprofit organizations and public agencies in Cherokee and neighboring counties.
