What is a Recovery Friendly Workplace?

A Recovery Friendly Workplace supports employees who are in recovery from substance use. The program focuses on understanding and compassion at work, so that the workplace is a safe space for everyone.

We offer employers tools and training to promote wellness and reduce the stigma around addiction. A culture that supports recovery also helps employee morale, productivity, and well-being.
